Our products are exquisitely packaged, but we do not include gift wrapping as a standard service. However, if you require help with wrapping for a gift or present, please let us know here and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The Basics
We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, we do understand that occasionally there may be an instance where you need to return your order. We hope that’s not the case, but if you do, here's what you need to know.
Our Return Guidelines
- You have 14 days to return items for a full refund
- Items must be unused and in the original packaging including any dust bags.
- Everything needs to be in resaleable condition
- You must have a receipt/proof of purchase
We Can't Accept Return and Refunds On
- Used or worn items
- Products without tags
- Custom orders or any item which has been personalised
- Items marked as final sale

- Pack up the order carefully

Got Damaged Goods?
Should you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 48 hours. Please send photos of the damage and we'll email you a return label and sort it out.
